Key Findings from this Report:

Comparison: The study compared Visual LMA + Bronchial Blocker (SafeLM Group) vs. Double Lumen Tube (DLT).

Sore Throat: Postoperative sore throat rate was significantly lower in the LMA group (5%) compared to the DLT group (26%).

Hemodynamics: The LMA group showed significantly less fluctuation in heart rate and blood pressure during insertion compared to the DLT group.

Conclusion: The combination is safe and effective for partial lobectomy, providing stable isolation with fewer complications than traditional intubation.
